Well I am back home...The trip was a dream, first I spent like 24 hours in Dallas because they shut down the airport because of two inches of snow...didnt sleep at all.  Then they lost my luggage which had my clothes and half of my Merchandise.  My time at the Con was cut short, but the time I did have was great.  To those friends I didnt get to see as much of as I wanted to, I am sorry, please forgive me.  To the new friends I made, thank you...thanks for stopping by the table and for talking.  I really did meet some awesome peaple.  Once I was back on the plane to go home, everything felt so surreal, as if it hadn't really happened.  It took me three hours to drive home from Denver, i've had maybe four hours sleep and am sitting at work.
Thanks again to everyone for the support of the Eppies!
Also I will be posting paintings up here soon, so its not just Eppie stuff...there is a gallery here I may get them in, so I am really excited about that. Talk to everyone soon.

Please, if anyone has some pics of the Eppies at the con, can you send them to me...i completely forgot to take some and would like to put them on the website.  THANKS!

Mega Con

1 min read
So I leave tomorrow morning at like 5am, drive two hours to Denver, then hop on a plane to Texas, then arrive in Florida at like 8pm.   I am extremely nervous about Megacon, I hope all the travel goes well, and that the stuff im bringing is good enough that people will like it.
I am extremely excited to get to see friends and their work!  I will probably spend more money than I make because there are going to be so many amazing artists.
I will be at Table Yellow 5, I would love for those that are attending to stop by!  Unfortunantly I have to return to work...but I hope to see you all there.

So the first six months of the Parables of an Eppie web-comic is now avaialbe as "Parables of an Eppie: Book One, Join the Eppiedemic"  I think the book turned out really well.

Andrea Bell's book "The Wendy that Stayed" is now available and also looks fantastic.  her book was published through my small publishing company.  Her book is extremely well written make sure to get a copy.

In three weeks two Eppie t-shirts will be in as well as buttons.  Pencil top erasers are here, and so are keychains.  There are only 20 copies of the first edition "The Love of the Eppies"  left and then that version of the book will be retired.

March is approaching fast, and i am so excited Megacon is going to be awesome!! If your going to be there please drop me a lone and let me know so i can say hey and check out the work.

So Parables of an Eppie has reached page fifty.  I am very proud of what I have achieved, I know its a long road ahead and a lot of work to continue to improve but I look forward to that.
I'm really working hard to get Andrea Bell's novel "The Wendy that Stayed" out (through my publishing company KaviDog Press) and trying to get things ready for MegaCon in march.  I'm really looking forward to seeing friends and old classmates.  Hope you all can make it there.  Thanks again for the continued support.  Talk soon.

So, living up in the mountains is a lot of work. I'm trying desperatly not freeze and trying to learn how to snowboard, drive in huge amounts of snow, and scrape your car off without freezing your fingers. But all in all i like it up here.

Sorry for not updating the journal more, but work has been kicking my butt, lots of hours both inside and outside of the gallery.

Parables of an Eppie has reached page 37! I hope people are enjoying it.  The Parables of an Eppie (POAE) forum now has a whopping 14!!! memebers, if your not a member yet your not cool :D  There will be a speical posting at christmas of six pages which will put the year end total to fifty pages.  I cant believe i've stuck with it this long.  I hope i can continue to improve and get better.

I'm busting my butt trying to get the new revised book out, the art and science of book out, as well as some merchandise for MEGACON which i am super excited about.  The little free time i have im rocking out with rock band and killing some people on COD4...I just beat Phantom Hourglass (cause i play at work tee-hee) and am wanting to get the new final fantasy.

I'm loving everyones work and up your liking mine.  Talk soon
